Jason attended the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, CA, and South Baylo University in Anaheim, CA. He always had a deep interest in Eastern Culture and philosophy stemming from his passion for martial arts. Toward the end of his competition career, he felt it was time to take the next step in his Martial Arts journey and learn the healing arts. The thing Jason loves most about being an acupuncturist is developing relationships with his patients and doing all that he can to help heal them mentally, physically, and spiritually. Because Modern Acupuncture is leading the cause to bring acupuncture to the masses, Jason decided to become part of our team. He believes the Modern Acupuncture system is efficient and direct. Outside of work, Jason spends hours a week teaching and training as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt. Aside from that, he enjoys spending time at home with family and gardening in his back yard.
Abigail attended the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine- Chicago and San Diego. After her sister passed away from cancer in 2011, she knew she wanted to do something different. She felt called to help people heal in a way that is impactful to their health and at the same time affordable, so she decided to become an acupuncturist. The thing Abigail loves the most about being an acupuncturist is when people get results and are surprised that acupuncture works. She loves when people come in for the first time and leave with a smile on their face. Nothing makes Abigail happier than helping others on their healing journey. The opportunity to treat the masses in a highly effective way is why she chose to become part of the Modern Acupuncture team. Outside of work, Abigail enjoys being in nature, snowboarding, spending time with friends and family, and listening to live music.
