Mobile App Troubleshooting Steps
Visit the App Store or Google Play Store on your device, search for "Modern Acupuncture," and ensure you have the latest version of the app. If there is an upgrade option, please complete that process.
Make sure to select the location you visited first.
To set up your login information, open the app and navigate to the login page. Click the "forgot password" link and enter the email address you provided during your first or most recent visit to Modern Acupuncture. You will receive a link via email to set or change your password.
If you continue to experience issues with the app, an alternative option is to book and manage your account through our online website. Click here to find a location near you, then click on the "book appointment" link where you can set up your account using the same email address you used at our locations.

The Modern Acupuncture mobile app is available only for existing patients. You cannot create an account or schedule your first visit through the mobile app.
Please contact a location near you or book your first appointment online from the location page. After your first visit, you will be able to use the mobile app.
