Terry attended the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Houston Texas. She was inspired to become an acupuncturist by her mentor in Martial Arts who was also an acupuncturist, and thought she would be great at it. Terry loves that acupuncture can alleviate the pain and suffering of patients without burdening them with side effects. She choose to become part of the Modern Acupuncture team in Glendale because she believes that the quality control and vision will advance acupuncture and make it mainstream. Outside of work, Terry loves to teach Martial Arts, do DIY projects, and do outdoor activities such as archery.
Nathan is a graduate of Five Branches University. He decided to become an acupuncturist to learn more about the body’s amazing healing capabilities and use that knowledge to help others. What he loves most about being an acupuncturist is delivering health without the side effects of pharmaceuticals. He chose to be part of the Modern Acupuncture team in Phoenix because he liked that the model helped reach a broad base of the population with programs designed to improve the health of everyone. When he’s not treating patients, Nathan enjoys hiking, being in nature and practicing qigong.
Renee is a graduate of Midwest College if Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She has spent a lot of time working with the Veteran’s Choice program. This has given her much insight into serious health issues such as PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Neuropathy, and all types of chronic pain conditions.
She decided to pursue a career as an acupuncturist because she began receiving acupuncture treatments at 16. The treatments did so much more than treat her symptoms. After a few visits, she felt calmer and happier. The positive shift was enough to start her curiosity and gave her the drive to learn more!
The desire to help others and maintain her own great health is what keeps her motivated as an acupuncturist. Acupuncture gives her an opportunity to share the amazing things she has learned with others.
When she isn’t treating patients, Renee enjoys hiking, kayaking, and cooking. She says that anytime outdoors is a good time.
