Francy attended the Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA. She decided to become an acupuncturist to improve patient’s health in a manner that treats the cause of the illness and not just the symptoms. Hearing patients tell her how great they feel after treatment when conventional medicine didn’t help is what Francy loves the most about being an acupuncturist. Modern Acupuncture’s principals align with her own, which is why Francy decided to become part of the Modern Acupuncture team. She also likes that Modern Acupuncture is a place where patients can come to relax and separate from the daily stressors causing some of these illnesses. Outside of work, Francy enjoys reading, watching movies with family, swimming, and dancing.
Kevin is a graduate of the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego. He was a martial artist as a child and his teacher taught him how to deal with pain from both an emotional and physical point of view. He likes helping people more than hurting people so he wanted to become an acupuncturist at age ten. He loves being an acupuncturist because helping people feel better makes him feel better. He joined the Modern Acupuncture team because he liked the people.
When he isn’t treating patients, Kevin enjoys biking with his son, cooking with his family, going to the movies and exploring new places.
