I had been hoping to find a way to manage my pain from Multiple Sclerosis and arthritis for years. I am not a fan of prescription medicine or over the counter medicine. Too many other health risks I don’t want! I was walking past Modern Acupuncture and decided to stop and check it out. Having done research on this before, I was very open to giving it a try. I was pleasantly surprised to find how affordable it was there. Understanding that healing is not an immediate response, I made a commitment to myself to do the treatment plan for one month and then evaluate. It is now a month later and I am beyond grateful for my decision! My pain level has decreased significantly! My energy level has increased and my mental state feels much more centered and clear. The staff here are wonderful and the environment is very relaxing and zen. I am so thankful to Maria and Bianca for their amazing expertise. Needless to say, I will be continuing my treatment here!

I have been struggling with back pain since November 2018. I found out I had a synovial cyst pressing on my sciatic nerve causing pain in my left leg. I had the cyst taken care of in February. I had been receiving physical therapy when I injured my back. It had been 4 weeks since injuring my back. My doctor upped my medications but I was not getting much relief. My husband suggested acupuncture. I found Modern Acupuncture through my FB page and scheduled an appointment. I was delighted to find that my first session would be free. I received the cosmetic treatment on Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. The owner was working the front desk. He was super friendly and explained everything in great detail. The acupuncturist was friendly and thorough in her explanation of treatment. I felt a little relief immediately after my session. Sunday, my husband and I were hosting a BBQ. I was in the kitchen and my husband mentioned that I looked like I was walking better. That is when I noticed my pain had decreased from a 7/8 to a 3/4. I did not feel the need to take my medication and was able to enjoy the day with friends and family. I returned on Memorial Day and signed up for the traditional package. I have been back several times. I try to go every other day. I can definitely feel a difference. My pain is not completely gone, yet. But is definitely more manageable than it has been in weeks. I can't say enough good things about my experience and the staff at Modern Acupuncture.

Ahhh-maxing! I've been getting acupuncture for YEARS... As I am totally holistic. A friend recommended Modern Acupuncture bc she tried her free 1st visit and was very impressed. This was hands down the best acupuncture experience I've ever had. Facility is flawless, the employees are super knowledgeable and informative.. And excellent at explaining exactly what they are doing, the reason for it and what it will help. The warm massage chairs and huge flat screens showing gorgeous filmed scenery made the experience even more relaxing. I'm so impressed that I can't imagine going anywhere else moving forward.. And prices are very affordable. To top it off... Specialty blended hot tea is ready for you as you leave the experience. 5 star all the way around! 😊
