She saw that patients were getting excellent results after only a few acupuncture treatments. Maria is also an AOBTA® Certified Practitioner, you can find her on AOBTA®’s “Find a Practitioner” website.

Her favorite part of being and acupuncturist is helping patients recover from physical traumas or difficult medical conditions. She also loves helping them improve their overall wellness. Maria chose to be part of the Modern Acupuncture team because she heard great things and wanted to learn more about how acupuncture is practiced in this setting. She had been on her own in practice since 2004 and wanted to be part of this company. When she isn’t working, Maria enjoys hiking, jogging and taking walks.

This was my first experience with acupuncture and I am happy to say it was wonderful. The environment is professional and still relaxing. The acupuncturists get to know you and are able to address the issues you are experiencing. My issues were allergies and pain. Both issues were addressed and I felt relief early in in my sessions as well as long term. I will happily recommend Modern Acupuncture to my family and friends.

I've received acupuncture treatment previously and they were very good, but this place ties in with your overall health journey. They are excellent (all providers) and the administrative staff is extremely supportive. Phenomenal experience for me as an RN (whose very afraid of needles in me)!

In August 2021, I gave up on the military doctors and decided to give Modern Acupuncture a shot. My practitioner is amazing. She listens and offers suggestions and has been a tremendous help on this healing journey. It has not only helped with my injuries but has helped my allergies, stress, and sleep. As a busy mom balancing life/work, I am thankful for the 30 minutes I spend in the chairs. I feel so rejuvenated afterward. The admin staff is always excellent and accommodating. It is a friendly, happy environment and great people to interact with. Thank you for making acupuncture easily accessible and relaxing for all!

They've made a believer out of me! For months I had been struggling with the thought of having to find a new career due to repetitive stress injury. My chronic pain had started to become numbness in my fingers. I have seen chiropractors and massage therapist for years to help bring some relief, but nothing permanent. After just one treatment I returned to work with noticeable improvement. After several treatments the pain and numbness have subsided all together. Thank you Ryman and staff for such wonderful care.
