Meet Our Acupuncturists, L.Ac.

Heather Stacy, L.Ac. #2474Heather Stacy, L.Ac. #2474

Heather is a graduate of the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She knew she always wanted to help others but didn't know which path would be the right one for her until her grandfather was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. He decided to try alternative methods, including acupuncture. He found that it helped with the pain and nausea of chemotherapy. Heather tried acupuncture after that and thought it was fascinating how it helped her back pain and anxiety. She found her passion and knew she would be able to help so many people without the use of medications.

Heather’s favorite part about being an acupuncturist is that she can help so many people with a wide range of ailments. She loves seeing the patients' faces when they get up from a session and can move more freely without the intense pain.

Heather joined the M.A. Acupuncture team because she loves that they are making acupuncture more accessible to more patients. The patients can see benefits after just one treatment, but they will see more lasting results if they can get acupuncture treatments more frequently

When she isn’t treating patients, Heather enjoys reading, doing Zumba, and playing Legend of Zelda video games. She has also recently discovered that she loves to paint.

Michelle graduated from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I've always been a healer. Even as a young child I would "adopt" small animals and try to make them better. I've been a respiratory therapist for over 30 years and I was also suffering from a chronic sports injury when one of my teammates suggested I give acupuncture a try. I was amazed at the results of one treatment and within 3 months was completely pain-free. After researching acupuncture and learning that it treats so much more than pain, I decided to enroll in TCM school. I have had the opportunity to witness incredible results for patients I have treated with acupuncture. Physical and mental wellbeing go hand and hand for many of us, by treating the person as a whole, unique individual, acupuncture can help everyone to live their best lives. I  think M.A. Acupuncture is helping to demystify acupuncture and am excited to be part of the Westminster clinic in the amazing Denver metro area.

I am always impressed with their facility and staff. I have been coming for about a year and continue to feel very safe and protected during these Covid times. Modern acupuncture has done a great job in meeting the increasing demands for safety. The staff is friendly and acupuncturists are very skilled in what they do. I always walk out of there relaxed. Not to mention less pain or no pain when I am treating an area of my body with existing pain when I walk in. Love the relaxing environment! The soft peaceful music, massage and heat treatment chairs are such an treat. The beautiful scenery from all over the world on the large screen video's are wonderful, if you can stay awake !

I’ve been coming to M.A. Acupuncture for almost a year now, and my time here has been great. From the front desk to the acupuncturists, it’s a first class experience. They make you feel right at home with hot tea, and a relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend MA to anyone that was looking for a unique way of healing and just feeling good. 10 out of 10.

Heather has made me feel better after I was involved in a car accident. My jaw is not as painful and my neck, back and knee are improving with her treatment plan. I wholeheartedly believe in acupuncture by a knowledgeable person.
