Lacey is a graduate of Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, Colorado. She became an acupuncturist because she always wanted to help people. She found that the best way to do that was through Chinese Medicine. She enjoys being an acupuncturist because it gives her the opportunity to make someone’s day a little bit easier.
Lacey joined the Modern Acupuncture team because the core value of making lives better reflects how she wants to live her personal and professional life every day.
When she isn’t treating patients, Lacey enjoys baking, reading and spending time with friends and family.
Meg is a graduate of the Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, Colorado. She became an acupuncturist because acupuncture and Chinese Medicine made such a big difference in her health and wellness. She loves that it is gentle and effective and there are no side-effects. Just less stress, no pain, and more vitality.
Meg’s favorite part of being an acupuncturist is getting to practice a system of medicine that improves people’s health. She loves that acupuncture helps people live pain-free and with increased energy so they can do the things they enjoy the most. She also loves that people always leave a treatment feeling better.
Meg joined the Modern Acupuncture team because she wants acupuncture to be accessible and to help as many people as possible with acupuncture. MA supports that goal
When she isn’t treating patients, Meg enjoys getting outside and being in nature. She likes traveling and discovering new places. She also enjoys yoga, hiking and playing in the foothills
Caroline is a graduate of the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She always knew she wanted to be a healer. When she was younger, she assumed this meant following the standard Western medical model. She tried acupuncture for the first time and loved it. After working as a pediatric respiratory therapist for 5-6 years, she decided that, while she loved her job, she would rather focus on healing the whole person instead of giving medicine that only treats symptoms.
Caroline's favorite part of being an acupuncturist is simply seeing patients get better. There are so many ailments that Western medicine cannot treat fully and/or effectively. She loves being able to help people live their best possible life free of as many Western medical drugs as possible.
Caroline joined the Modern Acupuncture team because she thinks that the idea and mission of MA mesh with her ideas and mission seamlessly. She feels that it is essential that as many people as possible can afford and receive this medicine.
When she isn’t treating patients, Caroline enjoys skiing, running, hiking, tennis, ultimate frisbee, cooking, and hanging out with her dog, Layla.
Heather is a graduate of the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She knew she always wanted to help others but didn't know which path would be the right one for her until her grandfather was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. He decided to try alternative methods, including acupuncture. He found that it helped with the pain and nausea of chemotherapy. Heather tried acupuncture after that and thought it was fascinating how it helped her back pain and anxiety. She found her passion and knew she would be able to help so many people without the use of medications.
Heather’s favorite part about being an acupuncturist is that she can help so many people with a wide range of ailments. She loves seeing the patients' faces when they get up from a session and can move more freely without the intense pain.
Heather joined the Modern Acupuncture team because she loves that they are making acupuncture more accessible to more patients. The patients can see benefits after just one treatment, but they will see more lasting results if they can get acupuncture treatments more frequently
When she isn’t treating patients, Heather enjoys reading, doing Zumba, and playing Legend of Zelda video games. She has also recently discovered that she loves to paint.

Great service and I always feel super relaxed after a treatment. Modern Acupuncture has really helped my back pain when nothing else has helped.
Pain is gone for 1-2 days but I’ve just started so with consistency I should be pain free for longer periods. Staff extremely courteous!
